I recently had to move into a space that is very small and an hour from my job/gym. This is a temporary situation, but I needed something to keep my training going. This has been a life saver for my mental health during this transition. Thank you Mind Pump!!

The suspension trainer is fantastic. It it very well made/ good construction and works very well. I am really enjoying using it. I couldn't be happier with the product. I of course am using it with the MAPS Suspension program!
Love the suspension trainer. Thought my door would be strong enough to hold my weight. It makes me nervous when to hear the door frame make noises when I start to put tension on the trainer...haven't been able to completely follow maps15 because of that.
I’m just here for anyone who has the same dumb question as me. How do you open the carabiner on the straps? There’s an Allen wrench in the black bag to take out the tiny screw locking it in place. Remember to screw it back in after you connect the straps to the anchor. It worked great after that! Hahaha :)
