Shipping & Returns

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  

Order Shipment:

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order.  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within eight business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at info@mindpumpmedia.com

Exercise Equipment:

• ALL SALES FINAL - NO RETURNS ON EXERCISE EQUIPMENT

 Apparel Returns: 

• Apparel purchases are valid for exchange or credit within 30 days from the ship date. 
• All exchanged items must be unwashed, unworn and undamaged.  
• You will be required to pay for return shipping costs, but we will cover any fees to ship exchanged items to you.
• To begin the return/exchange process, please email info@mindpumpmedia.com with your Name, Order Number and issue (size, fit, etc.)
